I don't know about you, but I like to meditate every once in a while. I'm not perfect, so I don't do it everyday. I'll sometimes go weeks without doing it. I don't know why I do that because I feel so awesome afterwards. Well I found this website called Headspace. I'm doing the free trial right now. I was thinking of buying a subscription, but I'll wait till I'm doing this every day.
After my first day, I was deeply inspired to draw how I was feeling after. I wanted to show how comfortable and at complete peace I felt.
