I’m not a nose strip person, I don’t see the fun in spending money on a piece of tape you put over your nose and pull off. But since this was free, why not give it a try. I can say as some one with marketing experience that the presentation for this product was genius and I love it. Good Job Cosmo Marketing Team or whom ever did this.
Directions are clear, though I didn’t wash my face. BUT I don’t wear foundations or powders. So I just used some water on my nose area.
So right from the get-go this looks like a sticker made out of very thin fleece. And it’s a little hard get off the plastic. I wet my nose like the directions said, but it didn’t stick too all the curves of my face.
Maybe I didn’t lay it on my nose right or whatever. But I didn’t like that all my pores in that area were not getting the same amount of attention.
And the strip even left black tackiness all over my fingers.
Now I wait the 10-15 mins, feeling weird with this strip that feels like wet paper mache all over my nose. Still not super impressed.
So the strip peels off super easy, and because it comes off stiff. I kinda got this feeling like it was taking more out of my pores because there was no give back from the strip. But for me it looks like it pulled more dead skin off then actually black heads, but there still was some pore crap in there.
And of course this strip left black tackiness all over my nose! I wonder if other strips leave residue? But on a happy note, all the black tackiness comes off really easy with water.
So my final thoughts.
These is a normal nose strip, sticks to your nose, pulls all the crap out. I like that it hardens and that it covers most of the nose that most strips don’t cover. I don’t like that it leaves black residue behind, and that it doesn’t stay stuck to all the spots around your nose it’s suppose to cover.
Like I said before I don’t buy nose strips, but if some were just laying around, I would definitely use it again.
