It's once again Monday! Cooking Monday to be exact, and today I bring you something sweet and warm for the cold months ahead.
This was so easy to make and made the kitchen smell amazing. I'm not sure what it is, but if almonds are in the oven plan for the whole kitchen to smell like cookies! Now on the website, this is intended to be a kids snack. Now I've eaten it just as a snack, but since I have an adults tummy. I've also used it as a additive. Like on oatmeal for instance!
The recipe is called Babbling Beetles and I was really excited to find out why. But I won't ruin the surprise for you. All I know is this recipe made me feel like a kid again, all excited about cooking!
