So I forgot my grocery list at home, so while I work I was constantly trying to remind myself what I needed. It wasn’t much but I still messed up. Instead of buying chopped tomatoes, I bought crushed. I also learned the difference between chopped and crushed tomatoes. Chopped is just tomatoes in water, while crushed is tomatoes crushed in a tomato puree. So the soup turned out a little salty, but I added a bit of water and it balanced out nicely.
I also could not find Israeli couscous at Kroger, so I used Pearl couscous. It looked like the closest thing to Israeli couscous, the only other option was regular couscous. I dumped the whole thing into pot, and well it soaked up all the water. So though out the cooking, I had to keep adding water. I was happy to taste that it did not delude the taste of the soup or mess with the flavor.
Since I was drinking and with friends, I figured I should probably make some biscuits to go with the soup. So I just googled easy simple drop biscuits, needless to say it was do easy a drunk person could do it.

A day or 2 later, tom and I went to eat the left overs for lunch. The soup continued to soak up the liquids, and was now a solid. So if you make this soup, just add some water, stir it around and there you go. Back to soup. Enjoy
