So I’ll start off with saying that I just starting writing this post nearing the end of November. I should have been writing a little bit here and there, but you know… life happens. I know the pin says for February, March and April, but I figured it didn’t really matter when I did it. Once again I do these workout to show that everyday ladies can do it, as I’m a everyday lady.
But I’m just gonna say I’m not perfect, even when it comes to being fit. Or trying at least.
October 138.2
October was filled with highs and lows. I first I went a couple times a week, cursing myself for not going more (as the program requested). But I really did start to feel better about myself and see some small changes. I still weighted myself every week, in the end I lost 3 pounds and then by the end gained it back.

December 136.4
So it’s currently December 7th, and I have decided to end my gym membership. I’ve been to the gym once since the start of December. Sadly though Planet Fitness is just not having it, and I have to wait to July 2016 to cancel for free. I’m not paying $58 to cancel, not when it’s just the same if I were to stay. So I may be going here and there, just to pass the time. Canceling my membership came about when Tom and I were looking for some corners to cut. Saving money, doing the adult thing. Plus I’m finding I’m super lazy, if the gym isn’t on my way home after work, then I’m not going. So I’m going to try to make time to see how working out at home goes. Clearly I won’t be doing anything to do with treadmills and other large gym equipment. Maybe a 3 month venture was just to much to
take on?
January 139.8
So the ending of December left me a couple pounds heavier. Not surprising. Holiday food, Tom’s mom baked us a crate full of cookies, and not going to the gym. My job gave me a 2 week vacation, which I needed. But it sadly reminded of the time I was unemployed, and that didn’t make me feel so great. I did come to the conclusion that 3 months of that work out was just to overwhelming for me. But I jumped right back into things. I’m currently on a new week long workout. You’ll hear about it at the end of January!
Have you ever tried a workout challenge that was a little to much? Did you make it? Or did you slowly forget about it?
