Recipe at the bottom
So after a long night at the shop, I drove over to my local Kroger and picked up like 3 things I was missing for this EASY soup! Seriously! I saved some awesome recipes from like 3-4 years ago. HAHAHA!
Since I get home at 6:30-7am, I usually just prep everything for dinner. Then when I wake up around 6pm, everything is ready for dinner. Just throw it all in a pot! and BOOM! Dinner is served.
I bought some vegan sour cream, the only one Kroger has is called Tofutti. Since it’s the only brand I’ve had so far, I feel it’s pretty good. I also used a shredded vegan cheese, sadly this one is not my favorite… I actually hate this one… I didn’t buy it for this recipe, I just wanted to use it up. It’s a brand called Go Veggie. They do have a vegan kind, it’s just a little harder to find. But I just feel it doesn’t melt well, I used it in a grilled cheese and it kinda just turned into lumpy flavorless oil. Plus it has a slight grainy texture, and that’s not cool in my book. Anyway it’s now your turn! Get in the kitchen and make something tasty!
