I completed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before my week was wrecked. My dog passed away, and the skin doctor cut a freckle off my shoulder. So all motivation was lost at that point.
Jan 11th-16th
Skipped this week. Working on organizing some things, and getting ready to visit grandma
out of town.

I’m pretty excited about this week, just because this workout seems to focus more of other things then just working your body.
Monday
-Start with a big breakfast
-30min evening walk
-50 crunches
-50 squats
-50 jumping jacks
Tuesday
-Have soup and salad dinner
-30min morning walk
-30min wild dancing
-25 squats
-20 sit ups
Wednesday
-Give yourself a small treat
-30min deep breathing
-30min cardio
-25 left leg lunges
-25 right leg lunges
-30 pelvic lifts
Thursday
-Have a hot breakfast
-30min morning walk
-10mins up and down stairs
-25 left leg raises
-25 right leg raises
Friday
-Wholesome salad dinner
-30min evening walk
-30min me time
-40 squats
-40 sit ups
Saturday
-Buy fresh food for the week
-1 hour afternoon walk
-30min cardio
-1 hour me time
-25 left lunges
-25 right lunges
Since it’s cold as heck in Michigan right now, I’ve opted to walk in place indoors. While watching the new Parks and Rec (Season 7) on Netflicks and drinking a glass of red wine. Whatever works right?
I’ve also noticed after Wednesday I start to lose some steam. I don’t really have to time to do these 30 min cardio/walk things. I end up staying up to late (get home at 11pm anyway). I find myself wanting to go to bed when the boyfriend does. But when it comes to doing the squats or lunges I find those easier to do whenever. Who has time for 30mins of just deep breathing? I know that stuff can be relaxing but I’m to busy for that.
Friday I did nothing, and went crazy on some bread. So I guess that counts as 30min of Me Time.
Saturday I worked overtime and there for didn’t have a full day to workout. I also went to my parents house after to work on some projects and do some laundry, that counts as Me Time right?
Jan 25th-30th
I’m also skipping this week. I wasn’t going to, but I’m so unmotivated and discouraged by everything on my Pin Board that I started to delete a couple. I knew that wasn’t right, so I just decided to skip it. More organizing and working on other projects. I’ll at least try to make sure I’m eating right.
So I’m ending the month on a very tired note. This month was not the best work out wise, or feeling great about myself. Probably doesn’t help that in the middle off the month I got a mole cut off my back shoulder. Then 3 weeks later had more cut in the same spot, and stitches were put in. So being on my back and moving my arms kinda makes me uncomfortable. I’m going to try to look for some leg exercises that don’t need me on my back, but that also don’t take 30mins to complete.
Here’s to hoping next month will be a little better.
